Clarity Flo, Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Fleetmule website at www.fleetmule.com (the “Site”) and the related services accessed through the Site (the “Service”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Site” refers to www.fleetmule.com; “Service” refers to our AI-powered safety and compliance services for trucking carriers; and “you” refers to you as a visitor or user of the Site or Service.

By accessing the Site or Service, you accept this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, and you consent to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information as described below.

I. Information We Collect

We collect two types of information: Non-Personal Information and Personal Information.

Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you — anonymous usage data, general demographic information, referring and exit URLs, browser and device type, time and date of access, and number of clicks.

Personal Information may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, fleet size, motor carrier (MC) number, USDOT number, role, and any other details you choose to share with us through demo requests, inquiries, or correspondence.

1. Information collected via technology

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect technical information that does not personally identify you, such as referring URL, browser type, the device from which you connected, the time and date of access, and similar data. We collect this information using cookies and similar technologies — small text files stored on your device that include an anonymous unique identifier.

We use cookies to:

• Maintain session state during your visit
• Remember preferences across visits
• Understand traffic patterns and improve the Site
• Provide essential infrastructure features (e.g., DDoS protection and content delivery via Cloudflare)

2. Pre-demo walkthrough video

When you book a demo, we send you to a personal link for a short walkthrough video. That link is tied to your booking, and while the video plays we record how much of it was actually watched — which parts were played through, how far you reached, how many separate sittings it took, and when you last watched. We use this only to make the call itself more useful, so we can skip what you have already seen and spend the time on your questions.

Playback is gated by a cookie that is strictly necessary for the video to play; it stores nothing but a signed reference to your booking and expires after a few hours. If you share the video with a colleague, they receive their own separate link, and we record their viewing against your company's record rather than against you. We do not use any of this for advertising, and we do not share it with advertising networks.

If you would rather we did not record this, tell us at privacy@fleetmule.com and we will delete the record and send you the video another way.

3. Information you provide directly

You may provide Personal Information to us by:

• Requesting a demo (typically: name, email, phone, company, fleet size, MC number)
• Booking a meeting through our scheduling tools
• Contacting us via email or other channels
• Subscribing to updates or newsletters

4. Children’s privacy

The Site and Service are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13. 5. Google Workspace API data and Limited Use

Fleetmule’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements. Raw, aggregated, anonymized, and derived data received from Google Workspace APIs is never used to develop, improve, or train generalized or foundational artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and is never transferred to any third party that would do so.

II. How We Use and Share Information

Personal Information

Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share for marketing purposes your Personal Information with third parties without your consent.

We share Personal Information only with:

• Service vendors who provide infrastructure and tools to operate Fleetmule — for example, calendar scheduling, email delivery, CRM, hosting, and analytics. These vendors process your information only at our direction and under terms consistent with this Privacy Policy.
